The Resourceful Woman Thrift Store is now OPEN!

If you would like to have a private shopping time after hours or on Monday please call 703-771-8173 to make an appointment. For the safety of staff and other customers, please wait 14 days to shop if you have recently been exposed to COVID-19 or are having any symptoms of sickness.

Beginning Tuesday July 14th, our Thrift Store will be back to normal donation days and times of Tuesday-Saturday from 10-4:30.  Thank you for all your patience as we navigate through this pandemic.

Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19)

Dear Clients, Colleagues, and Friends,

We wanted to take a moment and connect with you directly as the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) continues to impact our communities. The well-being and safety of our clients and colleagues is our top priority and will always be at the heart of every decision we make.

We have made the very difficult decision to temporarily telework rather than provide in-person services at LAWS’ Community Services Center.

We will continue to provide all services by phone and/or through a confidential website.  These services include safety planning, advocacy, counseling, legal consults, legal intakes, etc.

We will continue to monitor protocols and guidelines set forth by the CDC and our local government agencies.

As the current situation evolves, we will be making proper adjustments. We will continue to assess the situation during the coming weeks, and will communicate any further decisions made. Please have clients call the hotline at 703-777-6552.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
